Job summary

ACECQA is seeking a Power Platform Administrator to manage the Microsoft Power Platform environment, enforce governance, implement security policies, monitor performance and usage, and support integrations with other enterprise systems.

The role is full-time and fixed-term until 30 June 2027, at ACECQA Band 5/6, with a salary of $106,584–$145,629. Closing date is 22 October 2026, and you must have the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments, including environment management, security roles, DLP policies, governance and access management.
• Experience managing Power Platform solutions across environments: deployment, connection references, environment variables, service accounts and issues during imports/releases.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure the NQA IT system operates effectively.

• Manage Power Platform environments, governance and security policy implementation.
• Monitor platform performance and usage, manage user access and support.
• Oversee environments, troubleshoot issues, ensure regulatory compliance and enable integrations.
