Job summary

The role covers administration and advanced support for on-premises and cloud services such as Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, M365, and Azure, helping secure, patch and configure platforms across a global network.

The position involves project work, incident resolution, and collaboration with ICT teams to deliver secure, reliable services, with after-hours

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship is required.
• Security clearance at or ability to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and third-level support for on-premises and cloud services.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents and escalations.
• Implement changes and deliver projects to support ICT services and security requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
