Mason & Dean in Tamworth, NSW is seeking a Powder Coater – Department Lead with training provided. You will run the powder coating area, ensure quality finishes, and support the team in a clean, efficient workshop.

No prior department lead required; training offered. If you have experience in powder coating, painting, fabrication, or related trades, you will be trained to take ownership of the coating line, order materials, and coordinate with suppliers and customers.

Mason & Dean manufacture premium steel gates, fencing and balustrades in Tamworth. We're looking for a reliable, organised person to run our powder coating department, working from our new facilities in a clean, fresh workshop.

You don't need to have run a department before. If you have experience in powder coating, painting, fabrication or a similar trade, and you take pride in a quality finish, we'll train and support you into the role.
