• Adhering to safety procedures and helping the team meet daily targets.

Factory Labourer

Operating a well-equipped and efficiently organised factory, we are committed to producing consistent, high-quality work, and we pride ourselves on the standards we maintain.

The successful applicant will receive full training across all areas of our process — preparation, dipping, packing, and quality control — with the opportunity to build valuable, long‑term skills.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a genuine work ethic.

What we are after:

• Reliable and punctual — you turn up on time, ready to work
• Comfortable with hands‑on, physical factory work
• Good attention to detail — solid prep is what makes the finish look right
• Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
• Keen to learn - experience as a labourer in a factory/trade is a bonus, but not essential; we’ll train the right person

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepping aluminium and steel for powder coating
• Unpacking materials, dipping (crane-operated), hanging parts, and packing finished work
• Loading and unloading from production equipment
• General factory cleaning and keeping your area tidy and safe
• Following safety procedures and working with the team to hit daily targets
