Job summary
Dazza's Steel Fabrications in Yatala, QLD is seeking a Junior Powder Coating / Packing Assistant to support the powder coating department with packing and preparation for dispatch. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a pathway to learn powder coating and be trained as a backup powder coater in the future.
You will pack finished products, wrap and protect items for transport, inspect items before packing, assist with loading and unloading, and help keep the packing and coating

Job description
Your main responsibility will be assisting our powder coating department with the packing and preparation of finished products ready for dispatch. This is an entry-level position suited to someone looking to get started in the workforce and learn practical skills in a busy manufacturing environment. For the right person, there will also be an opportunity to learn powder coating and be trained as a backup powder coater in the future.

- Reliable and punctual

- Physically capable of performing a hands-on role
- No previous powder coating or manufacturing experience required; training will be provided
