Job summary

Metrix Group in Pakenham, Victoria is seeking an experienced powder coater for a hands-on role on a brand-new line. The position offers an early shift (6:00 am–2:00 pm), on-site parking, and a strong, family-owned team culture. A permanent resident status is required for this role.

You will balance coating duties with packing and pretreatment, leading by example to uphold architectural quality standards and keep production moving smoothly.

Your Impact in the Role

This is a hands-on role. You will balance active powder coating duties with packing and pretreatment.

Lead by Example: Operate the new powder coating line safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

Industry Experience: Proven background in industrial powder coating processes.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial powder coating processes is required.

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with machinery.

Physical Fitness: Capability to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 20kg.

Safety First Mindset: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.

Australian permanent resident status is required for this position.
