Job summary

Fencing and Gate Centre is seeking a reliable factory hand to join the powder coating section, assisting with pre-treatment and preparation of fencing and gate products for finishing.

You will be involved in handling aluminium and steel, lifting and stacking materials, and supporting the powder coating team in a hands-on factory environment.

Qualifications

• You must be physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and manual work.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, with good attention to detail and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-treatment and surface preparation for aluminium and steel products.
• Assist lifting, moving and stacking products to prepare for powder coating.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage during handling.
• Keep the work area clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Follow instructions and support the powder coating team as required.
