Talent Web Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Loan Portfolio Administrator to support four mortgage brokers with post-settlement administration. Your focus will be on maintaining client records, coordinating reviews, and ensuring brokers have visibility across portfolios.

The role suits someone with 3–7+ years in mortgage administration or residential lending, who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable liaising with clients, brokers, lenders and BDMs using mortgage CRM and lender

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in mortgage administration, broker support or post-settlement work.
• Highly organised, able to handle clients, brokers, lenders and BDMs.
• Proactive, accountable, ownership of reviews and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regular loan reviews and client health checks.
• Manage upcoming reviews, key dates, actions and follow-ups.
• Liaise with clients for updated information and documentation.
• Support pricing reviews and lender/BDM enquiries.
• Coordinate variations, discharges, refinances and post-settlement needs.
• Maintain accurate client and loan data across CRM, aggregator and lender systems.
• Identify clients due for review and highlight opportunities to brokers.
