Job summary

LiveHire Limited in Sydney is seeking a experienced Team Leader to run a small team of pre and post settlement officers. You will oversee the end-to-end process from post-approval to settlement and discharge, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in loan documentation and settlements.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in Banking & Financial Services, strong knowledge of mortgage lending, and proficiency with PEXA.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in Banking & Financial Services with coaching ability.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, consumer finance, settlements and lifecycle loan management.
Familiar with loan documentation requirements and regulatory obligations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.
Proven ability to work in a small team with a quality and compliance focus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage processes and PEXA settlements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end process from post-approval to settlement and discharge.
Produce loan documentation for mortgages, personal loans, credit cards and commercial matters within service levels.
Manage mortgage settlements and other transactions via PEXA.
Fund all loans including construction progress payments.
Coach, develop and motivate the team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Support project work to enhance professional development.
