Keegan Adams Recruitment partners with a fast-growing Australian non-bank lender specialising in short-term residential and property-backed finance. We are seeking a Collections & Loan Portfolio Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of active loans and proactively support customers throughout the post-settlement lifecycle.

This role emphasizes engaging with customers and brokers before milestones, early issue identification, and practical outcomes before arrears.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in mortgage servicing or loan operations.
• Solid understanding of collections and customer support in lending.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage portfolio of active short-term property-backed loans.
• Proactively contact customers ahead of maturity dates.
• Collaborate with brokers to agree repayment or exit strategies.
• Support extensions, variations and restructures per policy.
• Manage arrears and matured loans to resolution.
• Identify customers facing hardship and support applications.
• Escalate risks to Credit and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain compliant records and collaborate with internal teams.
