Settlement Services International (SSI Group) is seeking a Refugee & Disability Post Placement Support Officer to support participants from refugee backgrounds and people with disabilities after employment. You will maintain regular contact with participants and employers onsite and by phone, assist with workplace adjustments and subsidies, and ensure continued employment success.

You will collect documentary evidence for outcomes, work with the IEA team, and focus on in-work support

Qualifications

• Completion of, or willingness to enrol in Certificate IV in Employment Services
• High attention to detail for documenting evidence of outcomes
• Strong customer-centric approach with empathy for job seekers and clients
• Good knowledge of local, state and national labour markets
• Demonstrated experience meeting KPIs and ensuring compliance
• Cultural competency with multicultural settings

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing support to participants and employers after placement
• Facilitate workplace adjustments and access government subsidies
• Collect and organise documentary evidence to support outcome claims
• Maintain engagement with IEA team and partners to secure suitable opportunities
• Support 4, 12, 26 and 52-week milestones and employer relationships
