SSI Group is seeking a Refugee & Disability Employment Specialist based in Broadmeadows to deliver holistic, participant-centred employment services within the Inclusive Employment Australia program. You will identify goals with referred job seekers and help overcome barriers using a strengths-based approach, guiding them through placement and on‑the‑job support.

Formación

• Qualifications in Community Services or Mental Health.
• Experience in employment services or case management.
• Strong communication and engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel across Westgate region.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver holistic employment services to refugees and people with disability.
• Support job seekers from assessment to placement and follow-up.
• Engage employers and perform reverse marketing to create opportunities.
• Work across flexible and intensive streams within the IEA model.
• Ensure compliance with mutual obligations and participant eligibility.
