Job summary

MADEC Australia is seeking a Post Placement Support Officer in the Goulburn Murray Region to help participants progress toward employment and sustain success. You’ll work closely with participants and employers, delivering proactive post-placement support, early intervention, and ongoing coaching across multiple MADEC offices.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, timely action to keep placements on track, and collaboration with site teams to maximise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Employment Services is required.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• National Police Check.
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing, tailored post-placement support to participants.
• Conduct regular check-ins to keep participants on track.
• Identify challenges early and step in with solutions.
• Re-engage and re-place participants if needed.
• Build strong relationships with local employers.
• Mediate issues and coordinate wage subsidies where required.
