Job summary

MADEC is seeking Employment Coaches to support participants in achieving employment outcomes across Victoria and New South Wales. You’ll help with resumes, interview skills and job search activities while building relationships with diverse participants and local employers.

No prior employment services experience is required; MADEC provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a purpose-driven role.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Employment Coach or member of the Post Placement Support Team, you'll work directly with participants and or their employers to help them reach their employment goals and build brighter futures.

Your role may include:
