Job summary

MADEC is seeking Employment Coaches to support participants in achieving employment outcomes across Victoria and New South Wales. You’ll help with resumes, interview skills and job search activities while building relationships with diverse participants and local employers.

No prior employment services experience is required; MADEC provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in a purpose-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and motivating participants to achieve employment outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Assisting with resumes, interview skills and job search activities.
• Working closely with employers to identify employment opportunities.
• Connecting participants with training, support services and community resources.
• Providing ongoing post-placement support to help people succeed in their new jobs.
• Maintaining records and compliance requirements.
• Celebrating milestones and life-changing successes.
