Based in Mornington, you will support NDIS participants across a varied caseload with guidance from an experienced intake and clinical leadership team, in homes, clinics, and community settings, backed by a multidisciplinary team for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration with Proficient Suitability.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within Behaviour Support.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in homes, clinics, and community settings.
• Build long-term relationships with participants and referring clinicians.
• Receive 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and multidisciplinary support for complex cases.
