Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led organisation based in Mornington, Australia. Qualifications

• PBS Registration with Core Suitability or above.
• Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 1 year's experience within Behaviour Support

What You’ll Do

Based at Mornington you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Mornington office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:

• 8 OT's, 1 Physiotherapist, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioners and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
