Job summary

Better Rehab in Canberra is seeking a clinician-led professional to support NDIS participants across a varied caseload. You will work across homes, clinics, and community settings with supervision and a strong clinical leadership team guiding your development.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration is required to work in Behaviour Support.
• NDIS Worker Screening is mandatory.
• Working With Children Check is required or willingness to obtain.
• Police Check is required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support NDIS participants across a varied caseload in Canberra and beyond, allocated through referrals and supported by the intake and clinical leadership team.
• Work across homes, clinics, and community settings to build long-term relationships and monitor progress.
• Receive 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and support from a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases and ongoing development.

What You’ll Do

Based at Canberra you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long‑term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Our Canberra office has a team of 13 clinicians with a make up of:

4 OT's, 2 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

Qualifications

• PBS Registration - Core Suitability Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• 2 to 3 years experience within Behaviour Support
