Job summary

All Types of Care Queensland in Rockhampton QLD is seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide person-centred support to people with disability, including those with complex needs and behaviours of concern under PBS.

You will help participants work toward their NDIS goals, build independence, and access their community, while following established Behaviour Support Plans and maintaining shift notes and incident reports.

Qualifications

• PBS experience with behaviours of concern.
• Ability to support participants with complex needs.
• Follow Behaviour Support Plans and established strategies.
• Accurate shift notes and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to achieve NDIS goals.
• Build independence and daily living skills.
• Safely help participants access their community.
• Follow plans, document observations, and communicate changes.
