Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker.
Demonstrated experience supporting people with challenging behaviours.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support according to care plans.
Safely support clients displaying behaviours of concern.
Assist with daily living activities including personal care.
Implement de-escalation techniques in challenging situations.
Document incidents and successful strategies accurately.
Collaborate with families and internal teams.
