Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in Fund Administration, Fund Operations or Portfolio Administration.
• Experience leading a team.
• Client‑focused experience in a fund administrator, custodian, wealth manager or responsible entity.
• Knowledge of financial markets, structures, entities and products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor degree in Commerce/Business/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team – allocate work, monitor workflow and maintain service standards
• Manage relationships with clients, accountants, solicitors, brokers, custodians, registries and other service providers
• Reconcile client portfolios and support wealth management including investments, superannuation, trusts and portfolio administration
• Oversee investment implementation, managed fund transactions, reconciliations, reporting and record management
• Facilitate cash payment functions, including margin lending accounts
• Assist on specific projects to address internal and client-related requests as required
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance and AML/KYC
