Job summary

LGT Wealth Management in Sydney seeks an Experienced Associate to support Investment Advisers in delivering high net worth client service. You will manage onboarding, complex portfolio administration, and coordinate with internal teams while providing mentorship to junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in wealth management with a track record of taking on increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement on complex or ambiguous matters, and know when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, account openings and complex portfolio administration.
• Take ownership of key client activities including cash and stock transfers, corporate actions, margin calls, settlements, and international trading.
• Partner with Investment Advisers on higher-value client relationships, preparing materials and review packs.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients on sensitive matters and coach junior Associates.
• Maintain accuracy of client files in Avaloq and ensure compliance standards are met.
