Job summary

Fremantle Ports is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join the Asset Development and Delivery team in Western Australia. You will develop and manage integrated master schedules for major capital projects from concept through commissioning, delivering clear insights to enable sound decision making.

Based across Fremantle and Kwinana, you will lead critical-path analysis, forecast performance, and contribute to cost and risk discussions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project scheduling within major infrastructure, resources or capital projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and project controls capability.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules.
• Knowledge of delay analysis methodologies and contract frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated master schedules across major capital projects.
• Analyse schedule performance, critical paths, risks and emerging issues.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support decision making.
• Lead schedule forecasting, progress measurement and recovery planning.
• Support project controls activities including cost forecasting and performance analysis.
• Contribute to delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractual assessments.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment across project delivery teams.
