Job summary

Freedom Pools & Spas Australia is seeking a Pool Installation Supervisor to oversee residential pool installations from start to finish. You will lead installation crews, coordinate trades, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have prior pool installation or related construction experience, proven supervisory skills, and a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in pool installation, residential construction, landscaping, civil works, or a similar field.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pool installations across multiple residential projects.

About the role
