Job summary

H2O Custom Pools in the Albury/Wodonga region is seeking an energetic Construction Supervisor/Labourer to join our team. The role involves hands-on work on freeform concrete swimming pool construction and assisting with related administrative duties.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable and able to work both as part of a team or independently, with a drivers licence and OH&S awareness. Training is provided for the construction tasks.

Award winning builder H2O Custom Pools is the only local specialised concrete pool building company located in the Albury/Wodonga area, bringing high-quality individualised custom builds to our clients throughout the region. Due to increased workload and expansion, we are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join the team as a Construction Supervisor/Labourer. The role requires the ability to work manually on all aspects of freeform concrete swimming pool construction (training provided) and to assist in the related administrative duties.

Experience: Flexible - Experience in the Construction Industry or a similar Role(Preferred, but not essential – Training Provided)

Remuneration is based on your proven performance

Key responsibilities

Work on all aspects of freeform concrete swimming pool construction

Assist in related administrative duties

Ensure individual project programs and stages are met

Interact with clients, suppliers and other trades

Manage sound literacy and numeracy skills for administrative tasks

Use Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative duties

Balance multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
