Dynamic Pool Designs is hiring a Pool Construction Supervisor to lead our on-site teams across the Gold Coast to Lismore. This full-time role offers competitive pay based on experience plus superannuation.

You will supervise crews, coordinate schedules, maintain client relationships, ensure contract compliance, and document project changes. The ideal candidate holds a White Card, has proven construction experience, and a keen eye for quality.

Qualifications

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) required.
• Proven experience in construction.
• Ability to interpret technical plans.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Dynamic Pool Designs construction team and contractors.
• Schedule contract works with contractors and customers.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Ensure contract requirements and inclusions are executed to a high standard.
• Keep accurate records of variations/changes and update the Dynamic administration and CRM systems.
• Maintain consistent photo logs at all project stages, ensuring appropriate forms are completed and filed correctly.
• Communicate consistently with office admin staff on project progress.
• Negotiate with trades on pricing and expectations onsite.
• Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and manage Dynamic Pool Designs construction team and contractors.
• Project Scheduling: Schedule contract works with contractors and customers.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain ongoing customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Contract Oversight: Ensure contract requirements and inclusions are executed to a high standard
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of variations/changes and update the Dynamic administration and CRM systems.
• Photo Documentation: Maintain consistent photo logs at all project stages, ensuring appropriate forms are completed and filed correctly
• Progress Updates: Communicate consistently with office admin staff on project progress.
• Trade Negotiation: Negotiate with trades on pricing and expectations onsite.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
