Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated, hardworking junior to join our installation team.

While we are currently strengthening our Redland Bay/South Brisbane area, we encourage applications from across the wider Brisbane region.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role, perfect for someone young, fit, and keen to build a long-term career in construction.

Role Overview

As a Junior Pool Installer, you’ll work in a 3-man crew as part of a larger installation team, delivering high-quality fibreglass pool installations across South East Queensland.

Our team works closely alongside crane operators, excavation contractors, electricians, and site supervisors to take a job from a hole in the ground through to a fully installed swimming pool.

The process includes:

• Setting up and preparing the site for installation
• Using laser levels to achieve accurate heights and positioning
• Assisting with crane lifts to place the pool shell into position
• Operating and assisting with bobcats and compaction equipment to prepare and stabilise the base
• Plumbing the pool using PVC materials, ensuring everything is installed to standard and ready for filtration
• Carefully backfilling and filling the pool, maintaining precise levels, wall alignment, and positioning throughout
• Preparing the surrounding area ready for the concreting team to follow

Each job is different, and you’ll typically spend a few days on one site before moving to the next.

This is a highly team-based role, working closely with both internal crews and external contractors to deliver a quality finished product.

Requirements

• Construction White Card
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport (must be able to get to site each day)
• Full working rights in Australia
