Job summary

Pilbara Ports in Perth is seeking a Project Officer - Systems to maintain and improve our project management systems and data infrastructure within the PMO. The role involves ensuring data quality and delivering training to internal stakeholders to drive system adoption.

You will manage master data, generate portfolio, program, and project reports, and contribute to regular internal audits to support assurance and compliance across major port projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project management systems, project data and financial systems in a project/program environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve project management systems and software.
• Support and train internal stakeholders in effective use of tools.
• Manage master data, data quality and integrity; prepare reports at portfolio, program and project levels.
• Assist with internal audits to support assurance and compliance.
