Job summary

Pilbara Ports Authority is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support, administer and continuously improve the enterprise applications portfolio across Marine, Terminal, Risk and Safety systems. You will handle configuration, testing, vendor coordination and governance to ensure reliable, compliant operations.

The role focuses on incident resolution, release support and documentation, with opportunities to drive improvements and work across diverse platforms.

Qualifications

Experience supporting and administering enterprise applications.
Strong governance mindset with focus on risk, security and compliance.
Experience with incident resolution, testing, and vendor coordination.
Excellent documentation and release support.

Responsibilities

Support, administer and continuously improve Pilbara Ports’ enterprise applications portfolio.
Provide application expertise across full lifecycle: configuration, testing, vendor coordination, and governance.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance and proper release management.
