Job summary

The University of Western Australia (UWA) invites applications for a Program Management Office professional to support reporting, governance and portfolio analysis across the capital works portfolio.

You will play a key role in developing KPI dashboards, maintaining planning frameworks and providing PMO support to project teams, with a focus on delivering timely, accurate information for decision-making. This is a full-time ongoing appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, reporting and portfolio management systems across full lifecycle planning of capital works projects and programs.
• Experience with ALTUS, Maximo, PeopleSoft, SharePoint and TRIM or comparable enterprise systems.
• Ability to compile and analyse data and identify inconsistencies for escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including preparing reports and presentations.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders to support reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Support PPP reporting through KPI tracking, data and trend analysis, quality performance assessments, dashboard development, project health monitoring, and portfolio performance reporting.
• Maintain and enhance program and project planning and delivery frameworks, including governance and reporting systems with validation of phase-gate deliverables, ensuring timely information for decision-making across the capital works portfolio.
• Assist project and program teams by providing PMO support, reporting guidance, system administration and user support for project management and business reporting tools such as ALTUS, Maximo, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and TRIM, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting capability development.
