Pilbara Ports in Perth is seeking a Project Officer - Systems to maintain and improve our project management systems and data infrastructure within the PMO. The role involves ensuring data quality and delivering training to internal stakeholders to drive system adoption.
You will manage master data, generate portfolio, program, and project reports, and contribute to regular internal audits to support assurance and compliance across major port projects.
This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Pilbara Ports and be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving project management systems and software, and for supporting and training internal stakeholders in their effective use. The role is also responsible for master data management, including data quality and integrity, preparing reports at portfolio, program, and project levels, and undertaking regular internal audits to support assurance and compliance.
