Transport for NSW is seeking a PMO Digital Content Developer (Grade 7) to design, develop and maintain digital content, templates and guidance materials that support consistent project delivery across the organisation.

This role sits within Portfolio Delivery & Enablement and focuses on improving user experience of PMO tools, methodologies and documentation, requiring strong digital content skills, UX/UI knowledge and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital content development and content design.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and using CMS.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience developing templates or guidance materials.
• Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Business or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop high-quality digital content and guidance materials.
• Create user-focused content aligning with content strategy and best practices.
• Publish and maintain content across digital platforms and collaboration tools.
• Apply UI/UX principles to improve accessibility and usability.
