Job summary

Total Resource Solutions seeks a Senior Digital Content Officer to deliver high-quality digital content on key government websites. The role combines on-site Parramatta work with work-from-home flexibility, within a 50/50 hybrid setup, and runs through 27 November 2026 with potential extensions.

You will manage content, ensure accessibility and brand alignment, and provide guidance on UX, information architecture and analytics to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Drupal CMS.
• Proven digital content design experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of web accessibility and accessibility standards.
• Experience working across UX, SEO, information architecture and web standards.
• Experience using digital analytics to monitor website performance and inform content optimisation.
• Experience supporting website migration, consolidation or digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, integrated digital content with a strong customer focus.
• Publish and manage content across websites, ensuring compliance with accessibility and brand guidelines.
• Administer and manage content through Drupal CMS.
• Provide expert advice on digital content design, including UX, SEO, information architecture, web analytics, accessibility and web standards.
