Job summary

Allianz Australia is delivering a major, multi-year Enterprise Cloud Migration program to transition over 100 applications to AWS Cloud. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Program Co-ordinator to support the Program Director and the ECM PMO with governance, reporting, delivery coordination, and stakeholder management.

This role requires strong coordination with multiple Project Managers across squads, ensuring accurate program reporting, maintaining governance artefacts, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience across PMO, program coordination, or delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating large-scale technology programs with multiple PMOs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director and PMO with governance, reporting, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain RAID, governance artefacts, dashboards and release calendars.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, wave planning, readiness checks and risk tracking.
• Prepare executive-level governance packs and meeting minutes.
