Job summary

Cevo Australia is seeking a highly capable technical consultant to lead AWS migration and hybrid-cloud transformation for Australian clients. You will own delivery outcomes, mentor a pod of senior consultants, and act as the primary interface with customers during architecture discussions and project planning.

You will apply MAP expertise, security and modernisation patterns, and contribute to reusable IP with the Growth and Practice teams, while keeping delivery quality and timelines front and

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS migration experience across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of MAP and migration prioritisation strategies.
• Experience with IaC (CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Ability to lead small delivery pods and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
• Lead small pods of Senior Consultants and guide delivery best practices.
• Interface with customers, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Deliver hands-on technical work while mentoring peers.
