Job summary

CSIRO's capital works portfolio needs a Project Management Office Coordinator to oversee financial governance, reporting and portfolio coordination. You will develop dashboards, monitor performance and support funding decisions with senior stakeholders across CBIS.

Qualifications

Experience in financial governance, funding and budgeting.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data.
Experience preparing reports, dashboards and governance papers for senior leaders.
Knowledge of funding approval processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Provide advice on financial planning, funding and governance for capital works.
Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
Prepare executive reports, dashboards and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
Coordinate capital funding requests, approvals and investment governance.
Maintain funding registers and financial records for compliance.
Identify financial risks and opportunities affecting delivery.
Support audits and implement financial controls.
Drive continuous improvement across the capital works portfolio.
