PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator

Location: Murarrie, free onsite parking

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

This critical project represents the starting block for a future SAP migration. Its initial phase is focused on identifying current system gaps, documenting manual processes and workarounds, and ultimately establishing a roadmap for SAP success.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in project coordination or PMO support, ideally within a large‑scale technology or ERP transformation.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, or SAP Solution Manager.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive follow‑through.
• Exposure to SAP projects (S/4HANA highly desirable) or experience working within structured PMO environments (SAP Activate, PRINCE2, or PMP frameworks preferred).
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
