Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects across Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK.
• Experience using SAP or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage documentation, governance, and administrative processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative and able to work independently with competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, gating artifacts, and milestone reports in alignment with delivery frameworks.
• Maintain project schedules, cross-dependencies, and resource allocations in close collaboration with the Program Manager.
• Manage financial administrative activities in SAP, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and monthly accruals.
• Coordinate board meetings, prepare committee papers, capture meeting minutes, and track governance action items.
• Support staff onboarding, stakeholder management, and project change/communication activities.
