Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a PMO Analyst to join the team behind large transformation programs in Australia. You will support governance, reporting, project financials and administration to keep complex programs running smoothly.

You'll gain exposure across the full delivery lifecycle, partner with Finance and delivery teams, and use tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI to drive improvements and smarter ways of working.

Qualifications

• PMO, project support or coordinator experience is required.
• Ability to work across governance forums and project meetings.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting PMO Managers across a portfolio of transformation and change initiatives
• Coordinating timesheets, invoices, purchase orders and project administration activities
• Assisting with governance forums, working groups and project meetings
• Maintaining project information across Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
• Supporting reporting activities and ensuring project data remains accurate and up to date
• Managing project actions, decisions and follow-up activities
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
