Job summary

AusNet is seeking a Senior PMO Tooling Analyst to join the Digital PMO in Melbourne. You will own and optimize the tooling stack (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) to enable high-performing project teams and governance across a portfolio valued over $150M.

Collaborating with project managers and IT, you will configure workflows, dashboards and reports, deliver training, and explore AI-driven automation.

Qualifications

Strong Jira administration with workflows, dashboards and project setup.
Experience administering SharePoint functionality.
Background in PMO, portfolio governance or digital delivery environments.
Reporting and analytics proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel.
Experience integrating Jira with Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP and Power BI.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proactive, continuous improvement mindset in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

Own and administer the Digital PMO tooling suite, including Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
Lead enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO tooling ecosystem, in conjunction with internal IT teams.
Configure Jira projects, workflows, automations, dashboards and reporting solutions.
Provide expert guidance and support to more than 30 project and delivery professionals.
Develop insightful portfolio and project reporting that supports informed decision-making.
Create training materials, facilitate onboarding sessions and uplift capability across the Digital team.
Explore innovative ways to leverage AI and automation to improve delivery processes and outcomes.
