Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the afternoon shift at Wetherill Park. You will drive a safe, efficient, customer‑focused operation while coordinating with Production, Inventory, Customer Service and Transport teams.

You will coach a team, manage rosters and payroll, and champion safety and continuous improvement through change initiatives and strong communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse/logistics supervisory role.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse systems reporting.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing warehouse team.
• Drive accountability by setting clear performance expectations and addressing issues proactively.
• Support change initiatives and build team engagement through effective communication.
• Foster collaboration with supervisors across shifts for seamless handovers and continuity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, productivity and service performance.
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and despatch activities to meet customer requirements.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, payroll administration and labour hire requirements.
• Champion safety, WHSE compliance and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks, housekeeping and ongoing safety initiatives.
• Ensure accurate warehouse documentation, cycle counts and reporting.

About the role

This role is ideal for a supervisor who thrives on leading people through change, building accountability, improving processes and creating a strong team culture. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused warehouse operations while working closely with Production, Inventory, Customer Service and Transport teams.

What you bring to the role

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution supervisory role.
• SAP experience and confidence working with warehouse systems and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and despatch processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational change.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
• Sound knowledge of WHSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• A hands‑on approach and commitment to safety, service and continuous improvement.
