Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced PM DC Supervisor to lead logistics operations at our Yarraville site, overseeing a shift from 2pm to 10pm. This hands-on role focuses on safe, efficient warehouse operations, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.

You will report to the DC Manager and drive a strong safety culture while coaching a high-performing team to achieve productivity targets and accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS and data-driven improvement.
• Attention to detail with a focus on process compliance and safety.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet service, safety and productivity targets.
• Drive continuous improvement on workflow, inventory accuracy and customer outcomes.
• Utilise WMS and other systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
• Maintain robust inventory controls including cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support deliveries and customer service.

The Opportunity

CSR is seeking an experienced and motivated PM DC Supervisor to lead logistics operations at our Yarraville facility from 2pm - 10pm. This hands-on leadership role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team, fostering a strong safety culture, driving process improvement, and ensuring operational disciplines are consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Systems

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure service, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer outcomes.
• Utilise and champion Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
• Maintain strong inventory control practices, including cycle counts, stock investigations, and stocktakes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, operational issues, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support efficient warehouse operations and customer deliveries.

People Leadership

• Build and maintain a strong safety-first, high-performing team culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and personal development goals.
• Conduct daily team briefings focused on safety, service, productivity, and priorities.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Provide leadership support across shifts when required, ensuring operational continuity and consistent standards.
