Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Yarraville facility's afternoon shift. The role focuses on safe, efficient, customer‑driven warehouse operations, with accountability for daily performance and a strong safety culture.

You will drive process improvements, utilise WMS and related systems, and coach a high‑performing team to achieve operational excellence and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations to meet service, safety, and productivity targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for workflow, inventory accuracy and customer outcomes.
• Utilise WMS and systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
• Maintain inventory controls including cycle counts and stock investigations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and operational issues, identifying root causes.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support efficient operations and customer deliveries.

The Opportunity:

CSR is seeking an experienced and motivated PM Warehouse Supervisor to lead logistics operations at our Yarraville facility for our afternoon shift. This hands-on leadership role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Reporting to the DC Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team, fostering a strong safety culture, driving process improvement, and ensuring operational disciplines are consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Systems

• Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure service, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer outcomes.
• Utilise and champion Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
• Maintain strong inventory control practices, including cycle counts, stock investigations, and stocktakes.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Lead investigations into safety incidents, operational issues, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate logistics activities to support efficient warehouse operations and customer deliveries.

People Leadership

• Build and maintain a strong safety-first, high-performing team culture.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and personal development goals.
• Conduct daily team briefings focused on safety, service, productivity, and priorities.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Provide leadership support across shifts when required, ensuring operational continuity and consistent standards.
