Job summary

Aramex Australia is seeking an energetic and highly organized PM Operations Supervisor to oversee the afternoon parcel operations at our depot. You will supervise inbound/outbound freight, coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams, and maintain service levels with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will lead a team of warehouse staff, sorters, and drivers, driving KPI performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

2+ years in supervisory/management within courier or logistics.
Familiar with courier software and enterprise systems.
Proven track record of meeting KPIs and reducing costs.
Strong leadership and communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily PM shift operations, including parcel sorting, loading, and dispatch.
Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth handovers between AM and PM shifts.
Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time according to schedule.
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, sorters, and drivers to meet targets.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
Handle shift handovers and communications with other supervisors and departments.
Enforce health & safety and company compliance procedures at all times.
Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruption.
Assist with staffing, shift planning, and training of new team members.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
