Prime Plumbing Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead industrial and commercial plumbing projects in Sydney. The role requires a licensed plumber with Cert IV, 8+ years in the field, and 3+ years in managing Tier 1/2 projects. A strong safety mindset and team leadership are essential.

You will oversee site operations, coordinate design and coordination activities, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while driving quality and safety on all sites.

Formación

• Licensed Plumber with Cert IV.
• Minimum 8 years total experience as a qualified plumber.
• At least 3 years experience managing Tier 1 or 2 industrial or commercial projects.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Experience owning all safety procedures, practices and documentation.
• Strong technical and design coordination skills.
• Experience with project documentation software systems.
• Experience leading a large team of plumbers.

Prime Plumbing Group is a leading commercial plumbing and hydraulic services company that has experienced steady growth since first established over 10 years ago.

The majority of our work is in the Industrial and Commercial New Build construction sectors for leading Tier 1 & 2 Builders in Sydney.

Due to recent project wins, we are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager.

Requirements:

Licensed Plumber - Cert IV

Min 8 years total experience as a qualified Plumber

Min 3 years experience managing Tier 1 or 2 Industrial or Commercial projects

Strong technical and design coordination skills
