Homes and Granny Flats is seeking a tradesman plumber to deliver plumbing works across residential projects including homes, granny flats, modular buildings and future developments. You will oversee rough-in, fit-off, drainage and water service installations on multiple projects.

The role offers an excellent salary package based on experience, with regional travel across NSW and occasional overnight stays, supporting a path to senior management as the company grows.

Qualificações

• Current Plumbing Contractor's Licence (essential).
• Experience in residential construction plumbing.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of Australian plumbing regulations and standards.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• White Card.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout NSW and stay overnight when required.

The Opportunity

You will work on the delivery of plumbing works across our residential construction projects, including homes, granny flats, modular buildings and future development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing operations or work as part of a team across multiple residential projects
• Oversee all rough-in, fit-off, drainage, stormwater and water service installations
• Ensure all works comply with Australian Standards and relevant plumbing regulations
• Liaise with builders, project managers, certifiers and other trades
• Support business growth by helping develop systems, processes and team capability
• Travel to regional projects when required, including occasional overnight stays and may be two or more nights away at a time

About You

• Current Plumbing Contractor's Licence (essential)
• Some plumbing experience in residential construction, although newly qualified plumbers are welcome to apply
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and construction drawings
• Excellent knowledge of Australian plumbing regulations and standards
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
• Willingness to travel throughout NSW and stay overnight when required
