Crown Resorts is seeking Crown PlaySafe Advisors to support responsible gambling while delivering guest experiences across our integrated resort. You will engage guests, collaborate with operations and support teams, and contribute to Crown’s strategy to minimise gambling harm.

This 24/7 roster role offers permanent and fixed-term opportunities across Crown Perth, with a focus on stakeholder relationships, compliance, incident recording and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts.
• Ability to work across Crown Perth and other Crown properties with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills in a hospitality setting.

Responsabilités

• Build positive and professional relationships with guests across the resort.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting Crown's responsible gambling commitments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Crown's regulatory and compliance obligations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record incidents, prepare reports, maintain system records.
• Work collaboratively with departments across Crown Perth and other Crown properties.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and professionalism when managing complex situations.
