Crown Resorts Limited in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its Compliance & Regulatory Affairs team. You will help embed Crown’s compliance framework across gaming and non-gaming operations and act as a trusted advisor to the business.

The role focuses on regulatory submissions to VGCCC, data-driven reporting, and ongoing risk management. You will partner with business leads to implement controls, conduct reviews, and provide practical compliance guidance to enable

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in a compliance role within a highly regulated industry (e.g. gaming, financial services).
• Experience embedding compliance frameworks, policies and obligation registers.
• Experience preparing regulatory submissions and engaging regulators (highly regarded).
• Strong written communication, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of business.

Mansioni

• Manage Crown Melbourne’s regulatory obligations relating to the casino licence and non-gaming operations, working with business owners to ensure obligations are met.
• Embed and maintain Crown’s compliance framework, policies and procedures, and contribute to risk management improvements.
• Draft and submit regulatory submissions and respond to VGCCC queries in a timely, accurate manner.
• Partner with operational managers to provide practical compliance guidance on regulatory requirements for new or varied business proposals.
• Undertake compliance reviews, assurance activities and obligations attestations; maintain controls in the GRC system.
• Develop compliance reporting and metrics using data analytics; support Executive and Board reporting.
