Job summary

Xe Platform in Sydney seeks a Technical Solutions Manager to lead onboarding of ERP and API integrations, support pre-sales demos, and align Sales, Product and Technology teams.

You will own end-to-end technical onboarding, design integration plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining compliance and high client satisfaction. Applicants should have ERP/API experience, RESTful API usage, and strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or integration management.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, Sage).
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience integrating APIs using RESTful architecture.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Become the trusted technical advisor to Prospects, Clients and Partners.
• Develop deep understanding of integrated solutions to guide fit for business and tech needs.
• Deliver demos highlighting features, tailored to prospect needs.
• Document feedback and inform Product roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end technical onboarding through go-live.
• Collaborate with sales, product, compliance and engineering.
