Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead shaping a scalable, secure federation of agent-based and enterprise integrations. You will guide API-led and event-driven patterns, align with ERP, OT, and data platforms, and drive governance across data contracts and interoperability standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on design of integrations, observability, and governance, with exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern tooling.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in integration / enterprise architecture.
Strong expertise in API-led architecture and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with integration platforms and middleware.
Experience defining data contracts, schemas, and canonical models.
Strong understanding of enterprise system integration (ERP, OT, data platforms).
Experience in agent-based / AI-driven ecosystems or governance platforms.
Exposure to observability, telemetry, and monitoring frameworks.
Knowledge of API lifecycle governance and access-control models.
Experience working in complex federated enterprise environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern integration tooling.

Responsibilities

Define target integration architecture, roadmap, and reference patterns (API-led, event-driven).
Design integrations between Agent ControlTower and enterprise systems (ERP, OT, data platforms).
Establish and govern data contracts, schemas, SLAs, and interoperability standards.
Implement and oversee API ecosystem and event-driven integration frameworks.
Enable observability, telemetry, and traceability across integrated systems.
Define integration standards, guardrails, and reusable assets, and guide teams on adoption.
